Fantastic Fanny

Fanny has been up to quite a lot lately. She is really coming out of her little shell. She seems to open up to new people very quickly and has been a lot more willing to try new things that are outside of our daily routine. She is REALLY enjoying preschool. The mask she has on in the picture is from the letter "C" day.
Fanny LOVES to cook lately! She always comes running to the kitchen every time I start a meal. She pulls up a chair and wants to be involved in the whole process. The other day I was making pizza. I gave her some extra dough to play with. She rolled it, shaped it, stacked pieces of it on top of each other and just had so much fan playing with it. Joseph got home from work and I left for an hour to get my hair cut. When I came back home Fanny was STILL standing on the chair in the kitchen playing with her dough. WOW! She still pretends to make cakes and such with her toys when she is playing. Do I detect a future master chef in the house?? That would be fabulous!
Just had to throw in a sleeping picture. She fell asleep on her bed while reading books to herself.
Here are a couple things she has lined up lately. She still does this with various objects ALL the time. Not sure why this picture isn't turned. It is turned on my computer in the photo album. Look carefully, she even spelled a word!!
This one was funny because she organized them by matching outfits.
I could NOT stop laughing when I came into the kitchen to find Fanny looking like this:
It was in the morning before I got her dressed for the day, so don't mind the little rag muffin look. But, oh my gosh, doesn't she look like a little biker chick with tattoos?? Ha ha!! Good thing it was dry erase marker.
Here are a couple videos of Fanny singing. One of her favorite things to do:

And, here is a video of Fanny saying the pledge. We do this every morning along with a song and prayer and a brief explanation about what day it is and what the weather is like. Usually she puts her hand on her heart, or somewhere close to it.

This kiddo never ceases to amaze me. She says some of the funniest things lately. The other day when Joseph came home, she ran to the door and said, "Hi honey!" It was so cute! She is my little helper and makes me laugh every day. What a sweet heart!
