Just because...

Just because Fanny is SOOO cute and ultra photogenic, I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO share these adorable, recent pictures of her with all of you. Can you believe how much she has grown?! Fanny is a regular walker now, and, just last week, she mastered getting up in the middle of the floor all by herself with nothing to pull herself up with. She can get up and start walking from anywhere now.

We are just having such a fun summer. I guess it is coming to an end now. It was busy, but we have loved every minute of it. It's been especially fun to see Fanny progress in her development over the summer. Her personality is coming out more and more each day. She loves being outside, loves dancing (recently she started waving her arms up and down when she hears music, kind of like she is conducting. It is her way of dancing and is DANG CUTE!). Fanny also loves water, loves looking at herself in the mirror, loves giving kisses, loves banging things together and pounding on things, loves babbling away (you would swear she is saying full sentences the way she intonates), loves being tickled, loves to play the piano, LOVES books and being read to, and of course, she still LOVES playing peek-a-boo!

Here is Fanny being silly in Daddy's banjo case. Yes, Joseph ALSO plays the banjo. It is a recent thing he has picked up and taught himself to play. Gotta love how talented he is!! I never get tired of listening to him sing and play!

We got to watch Fanny's friend Bella the other day. Bella is just a couple weeks older than Fanny and lives just a few houses down from us. Here is a cute picture of the girls playing a duet on the piano together.

Fanny is such a ham for the camera!! Here are a couple GREAT pictures of her with her Aunt Sarah. Oh man! You just have to LOVE those BIG smiles!!!

OK, so, explanation about the next few pictures: Sarah and I were in the kitchen making something and just talking when, all of a sudden, Fanny walks in and makes a sound. We turn around to see what she wants and find her with my purse over her shoulder and the biggest grin on her face =). It was SOOO funny!!! She totally looked like she was ready to get out of the house and go shopping! See how much of a ham she is?? In this first picture she is totally striking a pose! SOOO CUTE!!!!! Ahhh, I just love my little girl!
