Nora's Dance Recital

Last week my talented little dancer, Nora, participated in her third dance recital with Dezi's Dance!! We are super proud of her :). Nora LOVES dancing so much!! The theme of the recital this year was "Dancing Around the World." So fun!! Nora had two dances, a Mambo tap dance, and a Danish Peat ballet. She did an amazing job! Love her big smiles in all of these pictures. You can just see how much she enjoys dancing and how much she loves to be in front of the camera, too ;). I can't believe how much she is growing up!!!

Nora in her Danish Peat costume. I loved this one. Ballet is my all time favorite! Nora chose to do tap and tumbling next year, instead of tap and ballet, and it has been really hard for me to accept. I want to let her do what she is interested in, but I hope she chooses to return to ballet at some point in the next few years. I'd love to see her do point one day; something I've always had a dream to do myself, haha. She really wanted to be in tumbling next year, though, and I've got to let her try it :). Sigh...

After the recital in her Mambo costume. These were the absolute funnest costumes!! Such a fun dance, too! I wasn't a huge fan of the song their teacher chose for them to dance to, but the girls did an amazing job. You can watch it in the video below. Nora really enjoyed this one. She really loves tap dancing.

Me and my dancing girl.

During the dance. Look how cute those ruffles are in the back!! :)
