Haven't Met You Yet

OK, so Nora is now two days past her "due" date, I like to call it the "guess date," and I am feeling a little restless and very anxious. Since Fanny was early I totally expected Nora to be as well. When I say early, I mean before the guess date, meaning the date is just an estimation. I'm horrible when it comes to expectations. If I set one, and it is not met, it drives me CRAZY!!! Now I know for future pregnancies not to expect my baby to come early. Nora will come when she is meant to come, though, and she won't be early or late, she will be just on time, she will come on "her birthday." I'm really feeling pretty good physically, it is just hard to get comfortable when I sleep and I still get pretty tired by the afternoon. Even though Nora will get here when she is meant to, it is still very hard not to be anxious to see her. I just can't wait!!

So, while I am working on waiting patiently and keeping myself busy, I thought I would blog about Fanny again. In my last post you saw how transfixed she was watching an orchestra play a classical piece. Here is a video of her even more mesmerized by none other than Michael Buble. Joseph and I joke about how she has a major crush on him because she absolutely LOVES the music video of his song Haven't Met You Yet. She requests it by saying, "I want Michael!" Often when we get in the car she will say, "I want Michael!" until we play some Michael Buble songs for her. Her and I watched the Haven't Met You Yet video on a friend's blog months ago and ever since she has been hooked. Don't worry, I don't let her sit around all day watching videos, we set limitations on computer time, but it is way cute to see her reactions to things she really likes. In the video below you will see her VERY intent on Michael for the first bit, and then you will see her get really excited a couple times when the song picks up. She gets her hands going so super fast and has the biggest smile on her face. It is too funny!

It is such a fun and creative music video, I enjoy it just about as much as Fanny does =). I'm not really into music videos, I don't normally watch them, but like I said, a friend had this one on her blog. Since I'm a big fan of Michael Buble myself, I watched it and the above video of Fanny is the result. You just gotta love how dang cute she is!
