Christmas Tree Tag and a Hanukkah Menorah

I got Christmas Tree tagged by my friend Laura. By the way, I LOVE your tree, Laura! Very original. Ours is pretty traditional, but we like it. We are hoping to catch some sales right after Christmas this year, though, to get a new tree and some other decorations for next year. After wrapping the lights all around the tree yet again this year, we decided it is time to get a pre-lit one.

Not only do we have our Christmas tree set up, but we also have our Hanukkah Menorah. We like to celebrate both holidays in our home. Joseph bought me this beautiful Hanukiah from Israel last year. Check out the table runner I made to display it on. Looks pretty good, huh?! This year I'm looking forward to trying out this new recipe I found for latkes. Mmm, potato pancakes!!!

That is a lovely runner and Hanukkah. I just made my sister a Hanukkah card, and I made it with blue card stock. I wish I'd taken a picture before I mailed it.

Your little girl is ADORABLE!!! Oh my!! Brings back so many memories of my little one last Christmas, who was also 6 months old. SO FUN!

Anyway, I hope you don't mind if I leave a comment and take a look now and then.

Love the tree! It is very cute, but pre-lit is definitely the way to go. I love my fake tree!

I also love that you celebrate both holidays. Joseph, that was a great present! How thoughtful.

Hope you guys have a great Christmas!!! And Hanukkah!!!
