Fanny turned 10!!!

This sweet girl of mine turned 10 on May 27th!! TEN!!! I'm not going to make this a long drawn out post like I have in other years for the kids' birthdays. Mainly because I just don't have a ton of time as I'm trying to catch up on a lot of things I'm behind on!! Reading is pretty much still Fanny's favorite thing to do in the world. I love her to pieces and am grateful for the beautiful little person she is. Fanny really wanted a Fancy Tea Party this year for her birthday, so that is what I  did for her. It was pretty low key with just a couple cousins and a friend joining us. They all had a great time being fancy and asking each other things like, "Please pass the chocolate covered strawberries," in English accents. We had some nice string quartet music playing in the background and enjoyed having a lovely time together. Here are a few pictures from the party:

I love my Fanny girl so much! She is such an honest child who truly wants to make the right choices. I'm grateful for her good example to me. We are very blessed that she is part of our family. Happy Birthday sweet girl!!
