Hope everyone had a wonderful time over the holidays. I'm pretty behind with posting, so there are going to be A LOT of photos in this post. These are just SOME of the highlights from the past couple of months. We were busy with home school, crafts, treats, playing in the snow, outings, and all kinds of fun!!
Thanksgiving at Nanny's. There were so many pies to choose from, but the girls just wanted ice cream in a cone. Silly girls :-).
Just some cute pictures of the girls before we went to get a tree for Nana and Papa over Thanksgiving.
Tree hunting. They were so much happier this year than they have been in the past.
Nora's snow angle :-).
Hanukkah was during Thanksgiving this year. We had a wonderful time celebrating both holidays. Sorry, I didn't get any pictures of the things we did for Hanukkah. My potato latkes were SOOO good this year. I needed to make them in a short amount of time, so I cheated and used frozen shredded potatoes. Hey, they worked, and they tasted great!
Back in Grantsville we went to a live Nativity. It was so wonderful, but SUPER cold!! We forgot the camera. Joseph took some pictures with his phone. This is the only one that turned out before his phone died. It was really foggy that night and we were all freezing, but the Nativity was beautiful. After the Nativity we drove around to look at the Christmas lights.
Anthon has been getting up on all fours for a while now. He is super close to crawling!! He is rolling all over the place and gets up and rocks back and forth. He has been getting around pretty good. He is growing fast and is such a cutie!!
We got to go listen to Santa read some Christmas books at the library! He wasn't a very good reader, though ;-), he wasn't very expressive and never turned the book so the kids on the other side of the room could see. Luckily we were sitting on the side he had the book open to. He was also wearing golf gloves, ha ha :-).
Nora was excited to sit on his lap and tell him what she wanted for Christmas. Fanny, not so much. She wouldn't even go near him.
Traditional Christmas cookie decorating party. We invited a couple friends to join us. The kids had a lot of fun.

Fanny's house. She ran off before I could take a picture of her with her house.
Cousins on Christmas Eve at Grandma Shumway's. They are both so cute. Only a day apart.
Nora was the angle in the Nativity that was acted out by the kids. Fanny was a wise man. I didn't get many pictures because I was filming the entire thing. Always love when the kids do this. I love my Savior and love making his birth the focus of Christmas time.
The girls with their Christmas Eve presents from Grandma Shumway.
Christmas morning. Can you tell what Nora was excited about? Just look at the chocolate in her teeth :-). Fanny LOVES her American Girl Doll, despite the look on her face. She does not like having her picture taken much, especially when she just wanted to open more presents and play.
Oh, how I love him!!!
These pictures of all the cousins were taken the Sunday after Christmas. Joseph's mom made all the dresses. I just can't believe how grown up the girls are looking!! I love my little beauties.
What adorable kiddos, if I may say so myself!
She put her headband back on herself. From this angle it looked so pretty.
All of the cousins except for Bryce (he was nursing :-)
Sillies!!
And, to finish off this post, here is a picture of Joseph with the Christmas present I got him :-). Yeah, he loves it!! When I was getting it a the store, a man in line said he wished he could be at my house on Christmas morning, ha ha. Guys and guns!!! Joseph got me a Kindle HD and I'm loving it!!! I'm most grateful for the gift my Savior has given me. This year my gift to Him will be to work on doing more service for others.
Hope everyone has a wonderful year!!!

You know that I love your posts and to see the excitement of the girls. And I can't believe that Anthon is crawling and standing up. So glad that you had such a great Christmas.
