A Nice Thanksgiving in Star Valley

We had a great time in Wyoming visiting Joseph's family for Thanksgiving. Here are a few pictures from our holiday:

What I imagine the girls saying in this first picture:
Fanny: "I'm thankful for...hmm...let me think about this one...give me a minute."
Nora: "Pie! Yes, I'm definitely thankful for pie. Oh, and this cookie I'm holding, I'm thankful for this delicious cookie!"
Don't let her fool you, though. Nora prefers vegetables over sweets. She loves lettuce, cucumbers, peas, green beans, etc. One night after dinner we gave her and Fanny each a cookie. She took one bite of the cookie then threw it down and insisted on eating more zucchini.
"Mom, could you please stop taking pictures of me! I'm just drinking some water here."
"I'm getting on the table! Do you see this, Mom? are you going to let me do it?!"
Super cute thing Nora discovered. You can see in the video that she was having A LOT of fun! I was a little worried it would break, and then we would have had to buy Joseph's Aunt a new one.

The day after Thanksgiving we went to go get Christmas trees with Joseph's family. The girls were NOT happy. It was a pretty bad day for it. Just FYI, snowing AND wind are not a good combination when you are trying to have fun with your little ones in the snow the day after Thanksgiving. Do you see the tear on Nora's face?
Sometimes the crying pictures are kind of funny =).
Daddy pulling his precious cargo.
Jaden, Joseph's brother, climbing a tree!!
Not too bad.
Oh, no, never mind, Nora has had enough.
Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving holiday. We really enjoyed being with family and are truly grateful for all that we have been blessed with in our lives, including our wonderful family and friends!
Let the Christmas countdown begin!

Looks like fun. Nora loved rocking in that seat! Her walking is great! Megan still isn't walking yet, but I'm sure pretty soon she will.
