OK, so this should be my last post about Who Do You Think You Are?...for a while anyway. Hope you are not sick of hearing about it, we just can't help being excited. I just have to say that the Emmit Smith episode on Friday was SOOOOO good! All the information and documents that were shared with Emmit were originally found by Joseph himself!! It is a bummer that they have other genealogists, historians or archivists present the research to the celebrity. Maybe Joseph will get a chance to be on one of the episodes next season!!
Here is an image of Joseph's name in the credits!! It went by SO SUPER FAST, but we caught it on hulu.com by pausing the video at just the right moment. It took a couple attempts. I just thought this was super cool! Joseph's name should also appear in the credits of the Brooke Shields and Spike Lee episodes.

Check out what Joseph wrote for the page on his work's website about the research he did on Emmit Smith's ancestry HERE. Again, the episode was embedded on the page, so feel free to watch it or re-watch it there or on www.hulu.com. This week's celebrity is Lisa Kudrow, who has Russian/Jewish ancestry and a truly amazing story that will be uncovered in the episode!!
So far Who Do You Think You Are? is off to a good start. In fact, there have been 10 other countries that made arrangements with NBC to air the show (including Israel!).

That Rocks, I loved that episode, in fact we talked about it at a girls night out I went to. And now to know that Joseph found all those documents, it's amazing. AND what do the letters after his name in the credits mean? I think it was GA or AG?
AG means he is an accredited genealogist.
I have really enjoyed watching the shows, and Niel and I were hoping to see Joseph! This is really exciting, and I can't wait to watch more.
Way to go Joseph! I haven't had a chance to watch any episodes yet but they have both been recorded on my DVR. Hopefully when things slow down in the next few days I can kick up my heels and enjoy the results of your hard work.
That's awesome. I tried to watch all that I could with my three kids. Amazing.

Wow! Congrats, Joseph!!! This one was my favorite so far! So touching. I was in tears when he went to Africa. And Mark and I had great discussions about slave trade. Wow! That's all I can say. Wow!
I missed the Emmett Smith one. Is it on hulu.com?
