Pulling Herself Up

A couple weeks ago I went into Fanny's room to get her after she woke up from a nap, and there she was, standing up in her crib! She is pulling herself up onto just about everything now. Just the other day I was doing something in our bedroom, I think I was making the bed, and I looked over to where Fanny was playing in front of the bathroom door. I didn't see her, though. So, I walked over to the bathroom and looked inside and there Fanny was, standing up, holding onto the toilet. Good thing the lid was down =).

They say that pulling yourself up is the fist step to walking. It's crazy to think that in just a few months, around the time Fanny will be One, she might be walking!! It's amazing how many things babies learn to do in a year. We just love seeing Fanny learn and grow as she reaches all of these important milestones. She is also on to eating finger foods now and is getting better and better at actually getting the food into her mouth.

One thing that Fanny is also doing now is "talking" more. She is discovering her voice and loves to experiment with the different sounds she can make. We will have to take a video of her talking to put on the blog soon. It is so cute, just like everything she does!

Way to go Fanny!!! Just wait until she discovers the toilet paper! Make sure you get a picture of the mess before you clean it up! I've got one for each boy. LOL
